AB4IR supports and empowers Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) youth, women, people with disabilities, and marginalized communities, through skills development, digital training, and entrepreneurship in the tech economy.

Since its inception five years ago, AB4IR has impacted over 15,000 individuals, more than 90% being youth and 55% being females, through targeted training interventions, business incubation, and sector-focused events and webinars.
